Norfolk Broads. As I always do I took all my "Angel Pennies" with me. They
just change trouser pocket, they are always with me. Anyway, one day I
decided that I was carrying too many of these pennies, but just didn't know
what I was going to do with them. I could never spend them or even put them
in the big whisky bottle (where I save all my spare change). Then in a flash
of inspiration I thought that I could throw them into a wishing well.
Problem solved. I knew what I was going to do with all my pennies. I never
gave it another thought. Until that afternoon. Walking through a small
shopping centre, there was a wishing well. This had to be more than
coincidence. You rarelysee wishing wells, and certainly not in a little poky
shopping centre. Soooo, Louisa had half the pennies and I had the other. One
by one we tossed in our coins making a wish every time. The same wish, both
of us, on every coin. We didn't

wish was.
> A couple of days later we stopped by a village (Ludham) and went into
their lovely church (St. Catherine's). unusually the chruch wasn't locked.
We went into the empy church and found a prayer book, where you write down
your prayers, and make a donation. Presumably, they are read out on a Sunday
(?). We thought this would be a much better idea than a "heathen" wishing
well so we asked God for a brother or sister for Abi and asked him to tell
her how much we miss her.
> That was that, the rest of the holiday continued, very relaxing on a boat
at 4 mph !
> On the last night of our holiday Louisa got a migraine, which she does
from time to time. But this time she said it was different, she thought that
she might be pregnant. So when we got home the next day Louisa did a test,
and as you will know it was positive. What we didn't know then was that
Louisa was, in fact, 11 weeks gone. Its funny how things work out sometimes.
I had the perfect situation to pass on my Angel Pennies, we wished for
Twinkle, prayed for Twinkle and we already had her, without knowing it. He
certainly does move in mysterious ways.

> Just another little bit: Last weekend, we went to the 'Mile of Triumphs'
(which is basically a classic car show where they try to get a mile of
Triumph cars along the sea front at Great Yarmouth in Norfolk) all in aid of
East Anglia's childrens' Hospices. Anyway, a bolt from the blue hit me on
the Saturday night. We were sat in the bar, and the DJ played "Hey Baby".
This was one of the songs we sang to Abi in her final minutes, because of
the chorus. All I really wanted to say is that have the most fantastic
friends who love me and Louisa.
