So now I'm wasting away and if Jan doesnt hurry and get her inbox cleared
then I fear I might just become a shadow of my former self.....currently
61kg but disappearing fast!!!


woohoo you go girl I'm 81 kgs and stuck in a funk I'd still like to lose a
bit more.  Twisted my ankle playing netball on friday so movement has been a
tad restricted.
