Wow, my heart really goes out to her.  I'm sure you did a good job just being 
there to listen to her. I know it is so hard sometimes to knowwhat to say. 
People think we should be pros at it, having been there, but they don't realize 
how it brings all our hurt and memories back.  I still go through that 12 years 
later.
