I think that "cool" is the main reason... Penn is just afraid that David
will run into everyone while driving it. I think it would be good for him.
When we go to the state disability conference every year, there are dozens
of kids in electric wheelchairs doing fine. Of course, there are a few that
think the halls are a racetrack. Ha! At least I now have some information
going into the meeting with the person coming to order the chair.
