Yes and no.
There has been worldwide problems with the internet since the weekend and 
its effected the lists as well.
Even today I still only have sporadic connection to the internet, especially 
US sites. Mails are still extremely delayed in getting to their 
destination - some are just disappearing into cyberspace. It will eventually 
right itself, we just need to be patient as frustrating as that is.
