[tri-med] what is 4q31.1-terminal deletion?

Hey everyone!!
  happy holidays to all
  well as happy as we can make them.....
   
  This sounds like a form of trisomy Mosiac?
  we recieved a x-mas leter from a friend and her daughter has this,
  many of her other symptoms like heart,feeding tube, ect sound similiar to 
other trisomy,13,18 ect.
  i couldn't believe it when i read her letter
  anyone have any ideas?
