[tri-med] Re: weight loss/pcos

Hi Annette,
It is a machine you stand on - the plate vibrates very very quickly, resulting
in increased blood circulation and all of the other benefits I mentioned to
Sheila. I just stand on it 3 times a week for 10 mins at a time.

Much love

Hi.....just to butt in, and this may or may not help. Although I don't have
a huge weight problem, I battle to shift what's there! I don't over eat,
generally eat well. No take outs etc, no choccies (don't like
them).....exercise moderately....(Under duress!!). A few months back I bought a
vibration machine (like a power plate) I call it my wobbler. In one month I
lost 23cms. I didn't lose weight, just cms. It builds muscle mass and bone
density and does an amazing job at increasing circulation. Worth a try.... That
loss came after being at gym (Curves, 30 min workout - 3x a week) for 7 months
without progress!!
Much love
