A few months back I bought a vibration machine (like a power plate) I
call it my wobbler. In one month I lost 23cms. I didn't lose
weight, just cms. It builds muscle mass and bone density and does an
amazing job at increasing circulation. Worth a try....
Kathy,
Where did you get this thing? And how much does it cost? It sounds
like something I could use. I have lost inches - lots really - but
not enough at my waist to allow me to get into smaller clothes. My
top is smaller. My bottom is smaller. But my waist must have been
being strangled if the tape measure is right. ;^)
My goal is to get the next 4 pounds off before Easter so that I can
say I've lost 100 pounds. If my husband would stop buying "cheap"
deep-fried chicken legs, it would really help. But he is trying so
hard to save money and still make the meal.
Hugs,
