annie must be smiling down right now.  i admire your courage and respect you 
so very much.  annie's life purpose may be being fulfilled through you, tim 
and your family's persistent efforts to find the truth.  you will change the 
futures of other children born with challenges.  i am proud to call you my 
friend.
