This point actually bothers me a fair bit - and not just with regards to
trisomy. Its usually obstetricians who request genetic testing during
pregnancy, and its they who give the results and encouragement one way or
the other. But how often would they see ANY of their patients after they are
born? Unless of course the mother has another child and uses the same
doctor......
