Nan,

As you know I can't help you with the dental problem, but can't you just 
lateral him over to Dr Grossman?  I mean she's not my favorite either,
but at least she's part of that office, and sees their older disabled patients. 
 
Or is she going to be kicking us out now too?  I hadn't heard any such 
rumors, and last July she said, "See you in a year, unless you have a 
problem."   

Oh and please tell Ali I contacted you as instructed!!!
