Our last visit to Jim's dad (a Dr who's an osteopath) for a manipulation
session was supposed to also get me an x-ray order for a postural study. But
he forgot and I didn't remember until we were on the way home. I still need
to get it. That will be his first x-ray of that type. So I don't have a
number/degree for you.
Alex's treatment has included: OMT (osteo manipulation therapy), wedges in
his shoes (changed 4 times on how much wedging in each shoe depending on
how his back was that visit) and walking exercises (toes in, toes out,
walking on heels and then balls of feet) to strengthen the muscles in the
glutes/lower back to help hold the spine in place correctly. hmmm.....think
that it. :0)
Alex went from a definite one shoulder higher, twisted hip to almost no
shoulder discrepancy. Still have a little ways to go.
