Talk about high on the exciting news scale! Yoo hoo!! So many more things
will begin to fall into place with school work now that the reading isn't
such a struggle. Wish I could say US Alex was a fluent and excited reader.
It's still too much work for it to be fun for him. But he will sit and
listen to us read yet. :-)

That first book is a bear to read aloud.......I started it with the kids and
all those strange words.....yikes.......it's different when you can just
think them in your mind and not have to speak them.
Same thing happened to me when I began the series.....approx. 3 am I had to
sleep. Think I did all 4 books in 2-3 weeks. With little sleep and snatching
moments here and there to read too.
