FAWNA:  This is so interesting...I think you may have just solved my problem.  
My daughter Emily currently has her g-tube but it does not leak at all.  Over 
the past three weeks she has had major leakage on 3 different occassions.  I 
couldn't figure out why.  I even changed the tube because I thought something 
was wrong.  Then it did it again with the new tube.  I was thinking I might 
need to call ped surg and see if it needed to be resized until I read your 
post.  Emily has had sunny D a few times in the last three weeks(first time 
ever) and I really think it is related to the acid content.  I am continuing my 
experiment and not giving her anymore sunny d and so far it's been dry. What a 
timely post on your part.  THANK YOU!!!
