LOL That's the age Alex was that we noticed him scoping out the chicks! It
was 4 yrs ago......

I knew that you were homeschooling but didn't realize all of the above. That
sounds like a great set up. Are you the primary instructor?

Wow........
Other than helping others is there a benefit to you?

We're up to an upper 6th grade/lower 7th grade reading level.
Alex did a slower paced Algebra class this year (it takes the typical Alg
class and breaks it into 2 yrs). He's going to repeat it (for credit) next
year. Alex seemed to get the larger/general concepts but lacks the more
subtle interconnecting ones.

That is sooooo frustrating! It's the same with Alex, we just never know
what's sticking and what isn't. But the kids sure knows his fav sports teams
jersey numbers and positions and he didn't study for them! lol When we were
trying to memorize the multiplication tables Jim joked that if we could get
the Red Wings to put them on their jerseys Alex would have them down in no
time.
Glad to hear things are going well.
