Yes, this is a BIG issue.  We need the enclosed bed which is the not so 
attractive part.  It's like a large canopy with netting all zipper around.  
We found some other beds from a company in Germany and they look like a 
traditional crib, but they are all wooden and because Emily head bangs so 
much it is not the safest.  They do have a full padded crib available, but it 
seems like it would feel like you were sleeping down in a hole.  At least the 
netting provides a view.
