[tri-med] Re: [tri-family] taylor update

Gina,

Wow, you sure have a lot on your plate! I have a friend who had lap-band
surgery last year, and it's really worked for her. She still has weight to
lose, but she has lost almost 90lbs! From what she says, you have to be
very careful what and how much you eat. If she eats too much, she throws
up, and it isn't pleasant (of course). I know it has helped her pay
attention to what she is eating and how much, and she is glad she has done
it. One of the benefits is that you are under strict supervision of a
doctor. I guess you visit every week or so to make sure things are going
well, and to get answers to questions and advice. I hope it goes as well
for you! I know how hard it is to get motivated and persevere through
weight loss!

trying. . Aron is working and staying out of trouble. His son my gran son
