Its probably no help but Alex was just taken from school to hospital with a
40C temperature spike.
I met them there and have just brought him home. (he has the g-tube so I
don't have to worry about dehydration, meds etc)

This rings alarm bells for me - what is the cause of the anemia? Have they
done a full bowel workup?

I will go back through the archives and I can always ring Josie if you want.
But the only problem I remember Melissa having with her teeth was Children's
Services being called because someone accused Josi of ignoring the "second"
row of teeth. Its not a second row of teeth but prominant palatial rugue -
which IS a trait of T-18. Alex has it also and Dr Weidmer is well aware of
it.
