That must hurt sweet.
I don't know what you think of this suggestion but there is a gentleman on
another disability related list that swears by a program called "Gentle
Teaching" for difficult behaviours. You may want to have a look at the web
site and see what you think.
Here is what he wrote to someone on the list who was in a similar position
to yourself
