With Caley, we tell her to put her chin down and swallow...doesn't always 
work, though is good for diversion.

LOL...I love it!!  Caley would probably hold her feed all day (and still 
complain).  Shes been known (and seen) to put her pump on hold, press the 
down arrow til she gets to 3cc(from 105cc)and then resumes the feed and lies 
back down for sleep.  The first time I seen this, I was amazed...wasn't sure 
if she knew what she was doing or if it was a cause and effect type of thing. 
 Silly me went in and congradulated her...what a mistake that was...she still 
misses the occasssional day from school for not eating at night.
