How'd you like HP Fawna?

Glad they've got a "plan". How do you feel about it?

That's coming up quickly. How does Philina do with procedures in terms of
acceptance and compliance? Of course, I wouldn't consider open heart surg a
procedure............that's BIG stuff.

Well happy holidays to you!
Are you happy enough in your new situation or are there issues to iron out
at the IEP?
Our next IEP will be May/June. It will be the transition one into high
school and it's also time for the mandatory 3 year evaluation so MUCH
testing will be done. And due to his age, Alex's attendance will be
mandatory this year. I understand why they require it but don't think I like
it. There are discussions about him and his (in)abilities that I'd rather he
not hear. Additionally, his wishes may not coincide with ours. But they
require it because the child is old enough to give input and apparently
they've found that involved students tend to do better in school because
they are on the educational path that best fits their wants/needs. Aught to
be a very interesting one. Rock and hard place.
Got your Cmas shopping done yet? :~)
