I know you were discussing tiedowns for transportation to school. But
recently I was at a workshop on transportation
and they said that the safest way to transport a person who uses a
wheelchair is for that person to transfer to the vehicles seat and use the
vehicles restraint, and for a small child that would be an approved car seat
that is properly attached. This makes me fee better for my decision not to
make my van a W/C van with tie downs ( cant afford the $18000.00 LOL)
