Your OT should be able to screen for a sensory integration disorder. But my
first thoughts travel along the lines of night - laying down - lips - is he
in pain?? Have you thought of reflux?? or even a hiatial hernia (sp?) Kids
dont need to throw up to have reflux......... learnt that the hard way with
Alex!!
He could be biting his lips to cover the pain of reflux (just like we rub
our shins when we hurt them)
