So sorry to hear about your "lovely" experience! ;-( I know my parents
always insisted on taking me to Sick Kids for anything related to my foot
because they didn't want doctor's who were unaccustomed to my foot problems
looking after me. Funny thing is of course that the doctor who did the
worst damage was at a children's hospital! Anyways, I'm glad it is over for
you, and hope that it doesn't need to be repeated any time soon!

Hospital resort. We had a suite on the 14th floor - pulmonary - where the
nurses have never seen a trach and the rt's don't know how to operate our
vent. We had the thrilling experience of watching a doctor, hands shaking,
place a trach in a beautiful little baby. Unfortunately, it was my baby!
: ) Hahaha!

trach. She has grown so much, that it was too small.
