Analysis: 100 nuclei tested and examnined

82 % of nuclei had 3 signals with chromosome 18 probe

99% of nuclei with 1 signal for each X and Y

My question is does this mean the other 18% of cells are normal??? and do
not contain an extra 18<<<<<<


I am not an expert, but that's what it sounds like to me, that would mean
mosaic in stead of full trisomy 18
