[tri-med] testing of cells results

I was wondering if anyone knows anything about results of cytogentic testing. 
In the lab results it says

Analysis: 100 nuclei tested and examnined

82 % of nuclei had 3 signals with chromosome 18 probe

99% of nuclei with 1 signal for each X and Y

My question is does this mean the other 18% of cells are normal??? and do not 
contain an extra 18
I do not know if this is even appropriaote for here if not just tell me so. I 
was just wondering with all the experience here if anyone knew.
