Jude just a thought, have they changed any "formulations" that you are 
giving her.  It sounds like something this long would be a long term 
allergy.  I know when Richard was younger he had a rash  until we found out 
he was allergic to cats.  It disappeared once we got rid of the cat.  Also, 
remember allergies can develop over time.
