Welcome Louanne, I did not have prenatal Dx so  I can't really answer your
questions other then to say my daughter Rebecca t18m  was born with 4 holes
in her heart and 3 of them closed by themselves in the first year. she has
never had heart surgery, every baby is different and it really depends on
what the defects are, hope the Echo is informative for your daughter
