We too were given a terribly grim diagnosis prenatally but glad we endured because she will be 2 in September and is just fine! She has not shown any significant developmental delays and looks just like a normal two year old with no physical problems. I am sorry that I don't have any info about kidneys but hope your daughter makes sure that the doctors do everything they can for your grandson.
