[tri-med] strabismus surgery

they still think this would help kam with her head position.  since her eyes 
are aligned properly when she looks out of the bottom of her eyes she holds her 
chin up and stacks her head back in order to see better.
as we go along and she gets more engaged i can see this is true.  please share 
your thots if you have had this surgery and see benefits or had any problems 
etc.  thanks so much.
