Maybe its not sinus and allergy but choanal stenosis.........???
Cheap and easy test. Get a small wisp (literally some teased out strands) of
cotton wool and hold it under nostril when she's asleep
and when she's awake. If the cotton moves there is airflow if there is no
movement on either or both sides you have a potential
problem.....
