[tri-med] shirley --feeding protocol

here is the info form kam's old ot. (i sent it to fam and med as i couldnt
recall if your sweetie could print from med...)
we have kam to all daytime bolus feeds but in her case she still shows no
signs of hunger.  hopefully once you get miss p off the nite pump she will
start to get her appetite back.
