We use saline with Courtney also and it has helped a lot if you catch her 
right when she first starts to gag.  Court's doctor put her on FloNase about 
2 years ago and it has made a big difference in helping her handle 
secretions, plus it doesn't make her all groggy like a lot of the other 
allegy meds do.
