Let me just clarify the horrible mental image, it starts with warm milk and
molasses, an enema bottle, a naked kid and a bathtub, along with parents
running for cover from the explosion.  Very disgusting!  But, saved Jake a
few trips to the doc or hospital after not going for days and days!!  I am
so glad we haven't had to revisit that scenario for many years!!
