Go to www.coolsport.net.  They have a lot of cooling accessories that you do 
not have to freeze.  You just put them in ice water for 20 min. or in the 
refrigerator.  They have one for a wheelchair, or a Junior vest (weight 
requirements).  I have the headband, but I got it for $5.00 at a seminar this 
weekend.  I should ask how they got it so cheap because it's not that cheap on 
the site.
