[tri-med] Re: pneumonia/intubation/futility/penny

Elanor is pretty sick.  She started coming down with a cold Sunday, and felt 
pretty yucky yesterday.  I was sick all weekend and it turns out I have 
strep.  I thought Elanor might have it too, so we took her to the doctor 
today.  Her sats are in the 50's, and she has pneumonia.  We are admitting 
her to PICU now, and she'll be there probably for the rest of the week.  She 
has had pneumonia before, and once she gets regular nebulizer treatments and 
oxygen, she recovers pretty quickly.  Your prayers are appreciated!
