Mary, 

No, Philina just swallows them whole if I feed them to her 
with yogurt, apple sauce, pudding, mash potatoes, anything
like that.  Even just some coca cola to wash them down in
a pinch.  But I think you can get liquid form, or a least
powdered to mix in juice or water.
