We had a discussion on this a couple of years ago. As a result, I talked to
Dom's doc because he was vomiting almost every morning when he got his first
meds of the day and it was all mucous. He has taken Pepsid for years at night
for nocturnal reflux and once we added an allergy med (Zyrtec D), the morning
barfing stopped cold. We tried all of the antihistamine/decongestant type
medications and Zyrtec D worked the best for him.
