David will still start gagging if I give him too much Pediasure, or if it
goes in too fast.  It used to be worse when he was younger.  He eats by
mouth, but we supplement with Pediasure using the Mic-Key tube.  He won't
eat enough to gain weight, and refuses to drink the Pediasure.
