Glad that Devon is so on top of his hygine!  :0)

There's probably a downside to being in that routine for YOU though, when 
things are such that the times/habits aren't working for you for one reason 
or another. (the relentless part you talked about)

Just another example of 'we all have a bear to cross'.  ;-D

A few days ago I'd have said 'yes' but Jim saw some vitamins in the 
garbage................
Alex gets daily collidal minerals, a multi-vit, and rotating days of 
speciality vits (B, C, some amino acids, etc).
Most days I believe he takes them, he likes to race me......and generally 
wins as I STILL have problems swallowing pills. Sad but true--however when I 
was in high school my Mom said 'at least we know she's not popping pills' 
about the situation. lol
