I'd have thought that was the culprit but his hands went nuclear months
before he got the dishwashing job. Of course, that job prob doesn't help the
situation at all either.

Alex is only working 3 days per week most of the time, with an occasional 2
day week or 4 day week thrown in. The past 3 weeks he's gotten the 4 day
schedule, but it's never an 8 hr day. :-(

Alex has been told he'll be hired, by people we know, at their newly
purchased gas station/convenience store when their summer help goes back to
school (high school and college). They'll need Alex daytime hours, then the
school guys will get evenings/weekends.
So we hope.................

Alex is known to these folks from years in Boy Scouts. In fact, all the help
they've hired in the past 9 months (when they bought the place) have been
from Boy Scouts!
So it's a plus that Doug 'knows' Alex and is aware of what Alex is like.

We'll see...........
