Not very often actually. But when it does it seems to come in clumps (like 3
times in a week) and then nothing for 6 months or so.
It is painful for him.
Re: anchoring it, hasn't happened with enough frequency to explore that.

Jesse has hypermobility in some of his joints too and can dislocate his 
shoulders I have told him not to though as I am afraid he'll stretch the 
tendons or pinch a nerve or do some other damage!!!!  he thinks it's 
funny!!!
