Sorry not to be keeping up, but Joanna back in hospital - pneumonia again, 
but this time with fluid around the lung.  We've been there 5 days, not 
counting 
ER visit 3 days before stay, where blood and uring tested fine and lungs, per 
xray, were "no worse than usual".  Bipap going constantly, and she's looking 
like herself again, temp down.
