I don't know if you'd want to do the travel, but we took Jake to Dr. Carole
Samango-Sprouse in Davidsonville, MD (right outside DC) and she charged
$900.00 for the same battery of tests, she is very good and has stories of
calling a school and such from her cell phone to advocate for her patients
if nessecary!
