That is one of my problems with the whole thing.  They let us rack up an
outrageous amount of money before we even knew anything about it.  I
guess they probably tried to send it in a couple of times, but if there
was a problem we should have been notified about it.

Is First Steps your local early intervention service organization?  Is
it offered at the hospital?
