Fawna,

Thank you for the advice.

These are the events that we deal with to some extent or another on a
regular basis. They are also the most important things and I don?t know
why somewhere along the way the medical/insurance companies haven?t
figured this out. I realize that they provide a service and the deserve
to be paid for that service, but when you are told one thing and they
turn around (right in your face or behind your back) and do something
different, it is just ridiculous. They diffidently don?t help with the
stress levels around here.

Isn?t it funny how that works. They must have taken a class with the
IRS...when you owe us you pay now and when we owe you we will get it to
you sometime. I am sorry that you weren?t able to get this whole ordeal
taken care of.

Luckily, we have been through some minor issues like this one before.
Sierra gets the state insurance because she receives SSI. I know that
if Medicaid doesn?t pay the whole bill for something than you aren?t
responsible, BUT if you agree to pay or make 1 payment on it, you are
committed to the whole bill.

Thanks again
