Ginger is a "tummy settler" - its often recommended for people who suffer from
nausea including morning sickness as a natural
alternative to drugs. Maybe giving her an ounce of ginger tea before her
bottle? I really dont know the best way to try with a
little one......... Michelle? Jude? I don't think I would start with much and
see how it goes though........
Another thought is Camomile tea - I did use that with my kids for wind (gas)
and it works well. Just an ounce of camomile tea would
help them relax, pass the wind and sleep :-))
