For those that met Dom at the Chicago SOFT Conference, they know he was quite
buff and even had muscle mass in his right arm and amazing upper body tone
and strength. His secret? Eight hours a day, every Saturday and Sunday for
three
months he worked as a human sign. He waved a light weight (less thaen two
pounds) real estate sign, in front of his chest and over his head every minute
except for half hour lunch and two 15 minute breaks. His arms, chest, back and
neck were as muscular as they have ever been in his life. He is no longer buff.
He lost most of the muscle mass in his upper body in just a few months after
he quit that job, even though he did not sit around while he worked in child
care, It was not the same as that workout he did for eight hours a day that
summer of being the best sign boy in Valley Center.
