Barb, an excellent source of info is Karen's site...check under 'what is
trisomy' then follow the links through mosaicism and testing.

Subject: [tri-med] mosaic vs. full trisomy
Any genetics experts out there? Does anyone know how many cells etc that
need to be counted to rule out mosaicism? Does anyone know from their own
testing? Just curious. Thanks Barb Mom to Annie 05/25/05-08/12/05
