[tri-med] more good news for TRIS

The TRIS project has received a promise of funding from Noah's Never Ending 
Rainbow. This money will go toward TRIS website development (uploading 
pages, links, etc.), compilation of TRIS Outreach database of trisomy 
related organizations and support groups and preparation of announcements 
and flyers to organizations and groups identified for inclusion in TRIS 
Outreach database.
A heartfelt thank you to SOFT, Trisomy 18 Support Foundation, Inc. and 
Noah's Never Ending Rainbow for their support!!
